Carolina has been my trainer for 4 years. From the beginning she listened to what I wanted to accomplish and supported me in reaching my goals. I went from a size 12 to an 8 and lost over 35 pounds. This year I am planning a great trip and want to be swimsuit ready. Carolina has already given me special exercises to target the areas I need and has given me great dietary recommendations to help as well. Carolina is is a wonderful trainer and person. I am so pleased with all we have accomplished together. I highly recommend Carolina – she is the best!
I’ve worked with Carolina on & off for a few years now and she is absolutely phenomenal. My job has me traveling all over the world for long periods of time & when you do that you eat all the food! Carolina is the only reason I haven’t had to buy a brand new wardrobe 🙂 Her knowledge & support has helped me stay in shape through all my travels and on the off chance I’m home for a few weeks she’s able to guide me through a diet and workout plan that absolutely transforms my body into what I want. Hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with. I had never competed before and she got me competition ready in only 12 weeks. She’s very knowledgable and can help you lose weight, get in better shape, gain mass, sand even compete. To be successful with Carolina all you have to do is work hard and do what she says. I was very reluctant to work with a personal trainer due to stigmas and stereotypical ideas attached to trainers. But after plateauing out on my own, I needed to try something new. I contacted Carolina and she devised a plan for me which included a Diet and excercise regimen. Carolina definitley knows what she is doing as a trainer and educates you so that you can succeed. Although I was able to workout with Carolina this past weekend as I was in her town (Thanks Carolina!). I do not have the pleasure of working out with Carolina on a regular basis as we live in different states. However she has been very helpful in teaching me and giving me the tools I need to continue to get into better shape and keep in shape. I have been working with Carolina for over a year now and I am very satisfied with her guidance and especially her availability to answer questions and concerns in a timely manner. Carolina is a dedicated trainer that teaches how to eat healthy as well as show technique in both lifting and core strengthening. I’ve worked with Carolina for 5 weeks straight and I have not only lost weight but gained muscle. I also take her Pilates class on Sundays. I find myself more limber now than before. For someone who is dedicated to working out both cardio and with weights, Carolina is top-rated.
I was having a hard time dropping the weight and getting motivated on my own. I would go to the gym and workout but I was not familiar with any of the weight machines and only did cardio and still did not see any results on my own. I wanted to get leaner and stronger so I decided to look into personal training. Luckily I was able to get some great reviews from a friend and I was able to meet Carolina. First interviews mean a lot and Carolina proved that she is very knowledgeable and has the education,training and certifications and has a great personality. She specifically asked what my goals were and I instantly knew that she had to be my trainer. Carolina has been my trainer for the last 2 years and she has been amazing! She is always punctual and listens to your needs and works around all injuries and modify workouts when she sees it fit. Carolina will motivate you to challenge yourself and will also supply you with meal plans and keep you focused on the goal you want to reach. She is very professional and attentive she is pretty much my stress reliever because she takes the time to listen to you. She is very patient but will push you to become stronger and healthier. I was able to reach my original goal and lost the weight and got stronger. A year later I was pregnant and continue to see Carolina throughout my pregnancy. Carolina always made sure to modify certain workouts and meal plans. I was able to workout with Carolina all the way till the last month until I gave birth. I was out for 2 months due to having a C-section but when I was able to go back to see my personal trainer, Carolina, I told her my goal was to lose 34lbs in 3 months due to me going back to a very intensive work environment. I was able to lose all the baby weight and fit back into my post term jeans yay!! I highly recommend Carolina as a personal trainer you definitely will see the best results and be healthy, stronger and leaner.
Carolina is wonderful to work with and has surprised me greatly over this past year. I am a disabled female and had a new health scare shortly after turning 30 last year. I started working with her shortly after the new year in 2014. I have never worked out with a personal trainer in my life and always have hated the gym – preferring sports and abilities I have lost over the years like skiing and tennis. I hate being judged. Could not stand in one place without holding on to something. Hate being asked to do things I can’t do due to my hands and feet not working properly. I was scared to work with anyone really. Carolina has never asked me to do something I just can’t do. That was very important to me as I was not really wanting to go through more grief on the mental side of things. I just needed to change my lifestyle and get healthy. I have lost 25 pounds and am able to do many things I couldn’t do before. I stopped smoking, I can get up and sit down much easier, I can stand in one place easier, I started taking vitamins for the first time in my life, started going on bike rides, and I see Carolina once a week and she sets me back on track when I feel like giving up. I am not perfect or where I want to be, but this is a big step in the right direction, and I am sure I will get there. A 360 degree lifestyle change doesn’t happen overnight, and I bet next year will be even better. I am just glad I am headed toward doing more activities, rather than my certain future of being stuck wheelchair. Thank you Carolina for working with me and making this doable.
Carolina has been my trainer for two and a half years now, and I am always impressed by the depth and breadth of her knowledge and training. She works with many older clients, and I appreciate her ability to work around my physical ailment of the day, whether it’s aching wrists or shoulders. And her always cheerful disposition makes working out a pleasure. She even laughs at my bad jokes. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her as a personal trainer.
Carolina is AWESOME. This was my first time hiring a personal trainer and she was perfect. You let her know your goals and she will work with you to achieve it. Her dietary advice is also very helpful. Carolina is knowledgeable in her field and knows what will work best for you. I lost about 16 pounds in 2.5 months (twice a week to start with) of training with her.

We’re only issued one body to last a lifetime. I work out with Carolina so this body will get me where I need to go without pain and be strong enough to do whatever I need to do during my day. I hurt my back in 1987 and spent several years walking like an old lady and cringing every time I moved too fast. Now I dance down the hallways at work. Knowing Carolina will be waiting at the gym motivates me to show up, and she manages to listen to me chatter about all sorts of things while keeping track of reps and charting my progress. I don’t think we’ve ever done the same workout twice. She corrects my form so I only make forward progress. When my mother was fighting cancer, she made a note that if she’d been in better shape, she might have been able to fight better. I want to be ready for whatever life throws at me. Thanks, Carolina!
