About
I have been a professional in the health and fitness industry since 2001, helping clients reach new levels of personal fitness and health. I have a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and Fitness, and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Motor Behavior and Motor Control.
I am certified through ACE, AFAA, and PIYO as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and pilates instructor. In 2010 I began competing in the NPC. I’ve competed in 7 amateur bikini competitions, 1 figure competition, and 3 national NPC competitions.
My primary objective for each client is to create a program that challenges them to attain their fitness goals. I particularly enjoy working with clients on a personal level, encouraging them to push their limits, while incorporating a highly varied fitness routine.

Every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition, if made aware of their potential and how to achieve it. As a personal trainer, I’ve seen clients of all ages accomplish things they never thought possible.
My mission as a personal trainer is to educate my clients about exercise, diet, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, while empowering them to make the most of their abilities through knowledge, direction and motivation. I encourage clients to take an active interest in accomplishing their goals, and I welcome their input and feedback throughout the entire training process.

Personal Gym Available
