This varies from client to client based on the number of sessions per week that they dedicate to exercise, as well as how faithful they are about following their nutrition guidelines and cardio programs on their off days away from training. Most clients will see significant results within a few months of beginning their personal training program.

I understand that each individual must plan personal training within their budget. Most of my clients workout with me 2-3 times per week for strength, core and flexibility training, then follow my instructions for additional cardiovascular exercise on non-appointment days. However, when a once-per week personal training program is necessary from a time or budget constraint, I will design a program for each client to follow on their own between appointment times to ensure that they continue in their progress toward meeting their fitness goals.

I have a variety of price points depending on the number of sessions you choose to pre-purchase, the number of clients sharing the training session and which type of program is chosen. For full pricing information, please call or send me an email detailing your desired training goals.

Personal training sessions are by appointment only; therefore, I do not have set hours of operation. I have a variety of appointment openings. Generally, I can accommodate clients as early as 7am and as late as 8pm including weekends.
